The Espolòn Margarita Challenge returns for another year as we find out who is the fastest shaker at Edinburgh Bar Show 2025!

Just like last year, the task is to make the fastest Margarita starring Tequila Espolòn Blanco, Grand Marnier & Lime; simple as that.

The fastest time after the three days at Edinburgh Bar Show will go home with a £1000 prize courtesy of Tequila Espolòn and Campari Academy.
