Bacardi's UK Agave Portfolio Ambassador, Gianluca Pavanello Canella, is leading a panel discussion on the agave category in the UK on-trade.

He will be joined by some of Edinburgh's favourite bartenders, and guests from around the country.

They'll be discussing the importance of agave spirits in the industry, their origin and development to one of the fastest growing spirits in the world. The guests will share their experience and opinions on the agave category and its growth.
